Homework Seven: Completing research for Project

You need to get your similar systems research completed. This work needs to be in detail so that you can show how this has shaped your specification.

We need to get this (and the rest of the analysis and investigation section) complete before Christmas - so I can mark it and give you some feedback.

Please refer to the project guide for specific details.

Homework Six: O/S questions

Homework to be completed for next Tuesday 30th November 2010

We will go through all the questions during Tuesday's lesson with the mark schemes.

Homework Five: Data structures exam questions

This homework is due Tuesday 23rd November. Please ensure that you bring your homework as we will be going through this work with the mark schemes during the lesson.

Homework Four: Aims of the Investigation

You need to ensure that the aims section of your project is completed (see page 4 of the guide - physical page 7)

This is due Tuesday 9th November.

You need to ensure that you are working on the rest of the analysis and investigation section. We need to get this done, checked, corrected and complete before we break up for christmas so that you can start work on the design section.

Homework Three: Project Focus Group minutes and Spec

You need to write up the minutes from your focus group meeting (use the minutes template on the Intranet). Once this is done you need to write down your current spec. You don't have to include everything the focus group came up with it's your choice but you should demonstrate that you have taken on board their comments.

Final deadline for A2 project

The final deadline for the project is to be:

Wednesday 5^th May 2010

There can be no extension beyond this deadline as I have to mark and fill out exam board paperwork by the end of that week. You are advised to submit before the final deadline to ensure you do not have printing problems.

If you fail to submit you will get a zero submission mark.

Wednesday 27th Jan While I'm away

Unfortunately I will not be in for the lesson today.

Make sure you have your calculators and good luck.
